Volume 1 was recorded years before at the West Side Room in Los Angeles. It is also a very good album and was done before they started the successful Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour TV show. Cher sounds great on it also. It was the nightclub act that lead to them getting the tv show.

  6. Sonny and Cher were pretty normal,non-drug using, nice people. This album is light hearted evidence of what made their TV show so popular, and the polish began on these Live tour outings. I've never found this available on CD, but always wondered why it was never released/5(7).
