Maybe not as great as their first two albums, but 'The Garden' is (very) decent. Some of the songs that I thought carried their own are "I Don't Care What People Say","Mad Man Blues" and the cool instrumental "Anasazi Noodle". If you're a fan,you shouldn't be let down/5(7).

  2. Previously released on CD in on Whirlybird Records. After hearing an old song of Silver Apples on the radio, Dan Taylor called the station and got in touch with his old partner again. When they met again they discovered a collection of tapes among the Silver Apples memorabilia.

  9. It wasn’t until that their third LP The Garden would see light of day after the tapes were found in drummer Danny Taylor’s attic. The record is a funny old mix. Early Krautrock (both the Kraftwerk and Amon Düül schools), John Martyn-esque folk, free jazz and a little prog-rock all get a look in across these fourteen numbers.
